The Flow Motorsports MQB Dogbone Mount Insert is designed to dramatically reduce unwanted engine and transmission movement found in the factory lower torque mount. From the factory, this mount features large voids that allow excessive drivetrain movement great for comfort, not so great for performance.

Our precision-machined insert fills these voids, tightening up the drivetrain and delivering a more direct, connected driving feel without compromising daily drivability.
